What the company does
Luckcome's business has two halves that strengthen each other. The equipment half builds crushing and screening machines — jaw crushers, single-cylinder and multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers, gyratory crushers and vibrating screens — for mining, construction, steel-plant and quarry customers. The parts half manufactures the wear and spare components those machines consume, and extends the same manufacturing to compatible replacement parts for widely installed crusher brands. A plant can therefore buy a crusher and its lifetime of liners from one factory, or keep an existing fleet of other brands running on our compatible parts programme.
How we work with customers
The service offer around the equipment covers technical consultation, system design, construction and installation, commissioning, maintenance and operator training. The commercial goal stated by the company is plain: reduce the customer's total cost and raise their total return. In parts terms that translates into the practices described across this site — fit confirmed by part number or drawing before anything ships, wear grades recommended from the customer's own wear data, stock checked against a daily-updated inventory, and delivery promises stated per order rather than copied from a brochure.
