Compatible Replacement Parts for GP-Series Cone Crushers

GP-series cone crushers work in stone and mining plants on secondary, fine and extra-fine crushing duties, in fixed and mobile installations. Our compatible supply for the series is anchored on one model: the two GP lines recorded in the catalogue — the upper frame and the top bearing — both stand against the GP220, and neither is recorded against the HP sizes, Symons, the Sandvik family or any other Metso-family size; this page claims nothing beyond that record.

Compatibility notice: Parts on this page are compatible replacement parts manufactured by Tianjin Luckcome. They are not original manufacturer parts, and Tianjin Luckcome is not affiliated with or authorised by the original equipment manufacturer. Brand and model names are used only to identify the machines the parts are designed to fit. Fit is confirmed against the model and original part number before dispatch.

The GP series in the range

The product centre lists a GP series of cone crushers for stone and mining service — secondary, fine and extra-fine crushing, in fixed and mobile applications — alongside the HP series and other crusher families. This page is the GP-specific parts record within that range. The family-level entry point for the wider brand family is the Metso-family parts page, and the HP sizes have their own page at HP cone crusher parts; what follows here is only what the catalogue records against the GP series, stated item by item.

The two recorded GP220 lines

The catalogue lists an upper frame for the GP220 — the frame component recorded against that model on the frames page — and it lists a replacement top bearing for the GP220, the single recorded bearing line in the catalogue, discussed on the bearings page. Those are the two GP records. Each stands against the GP220 only: the upper frame and the top bearing are not recorded against the HP sizes, Symons, the Sandvik family or any other Metso-family size, and neither record extends to any other component — not to other frame components, and not to any other bearing.

What is not claimed for the GP series

No other GP line is recorded in the catalogue, and this page does not extrapolate. In particular, the GP220 record is not read across to other GP models: a part for a different GP model is not covered by the GP220 upper frame and top bearing records, and is treated as an unrecorded enquiry — confirmed against the machine's model and original part number when quoted, supplied if the identification checks out, or honestly declined. The same applies within the GP220 itself beyond the two recorded lines. Wear parts such as mantles and concaves are general catalogue lines for a GP machine — no mantle or concave line is recorded against the GP series — and are confirmed part by part. Mechanical spares beyond the upper frame and the top bearing are not recorded against the GP series either; where those same component classes stand on record, the record sits under the HP sizes — gears against the HP200 and HP300, main frames against the HP200 and HP6, a clamping ring against the HP200, bowls against the HP400 and head assemblies for HP cone crushers, as their own pages state — and those HP records are not GP records and give a GP machine no cover. Against Symons, any other Metso-family size and the Sandvik family, no mechanical spare line is recorded at all. Every GP-machine part beyond the two recorded lines is confirmed against the model and original part number, part by part, exactly as the spare parts programme states its position.

Ordering GP parts

Send the machine model — GP220 or the model you actually run — with the original part number for each part needed, and for wear parts the chamber designation. Every part is identified against the model and part number before dispatch. Minimum order is 1 piece, confirmed with your quotation, as is the lead time — typically within 15 workdays in peak season for common lines, confirmed per order. Shipment on FOB, EXW, CIF or FCA terms; payment by T/T or L/C. Certificates available upon request.
