One term, three machines
A rock plant is a chain: the jaw crusher takes the shot rock, the cone crusher shapes and sizes it, the gyratory — in larger operations — heads the line. Each machine consumes a different set of parts, and stocking them from three different vendors triples the freight, the paperwork and the chance that the shutdown kit is missing the one bushing nobody reordered. Our rock crusher parts programme consolidates all three: jaw plates and pitman parts for the primary, mantles and concaves for the cones, gyratory wear components for the big primary — one catalogue, one fit-confirmation process, one shipment. The parts named in this paragraph — jaw plates, pitman parts, mantles, concaves and gyratory wear components — are general catalogue lines: none of them is recorded against the HP sizes, the GP series, Symons, the Metso family or Sandvik-family models.
Wear parts: where the money goes
In rock crushing, wear castings dominate the parts budget, and manganese steel dominates wear castings. The programme supplies mantles, concaves, bowl liners and jaw plates in manganese grades matched to rock abrasiveness — granite and basalt plants live at the demanding end of that scale, limestone plants at the forgiving end, and recycled concrete somewhere more complicated in between. Mantles, concaves, bowl liners and jaw plates in this paragraph are general catalogue lines: none of the four is recorded against the HP sizes, the GP series, Symons, the Metso family or Sandvik-family models. The buying discipline that saves money is profile-and-grade matching (covered in depth under crusher wear parts) plus change-out timing: parts replaced on condition, in planned shutdowns, cost a fraction of parts replaced on failure at 2 a.m.
Spares: the insurance shelf
Mechanical spares — main shafts, eccentric bushings, gears, frames, sockets, seals — are the insurance shelf of the plant: cheap to hold relative to the downtime they prevent. The spare parts programme covers them across machine types as general catalogue lines. Where a spare is needed as a compatible replacement for an HP, Symons, Metso-family or Sandvik-family machine, the recorded position differs by item and is stated here, not deferred to the quotation: gears and frames are the only lines in this list recorded against a named range — gears against the HP200 and HP300, main frame assemblies against the HP200 (with a main frame line for the HP6); neither line is recorded against the GP series or against any other Metso-family range. Main shafts, eccentric bushings, sockets and seals are general catalogue lines: they are not recorded against the HP sizes, the GP series, Symons, the Metso family or the Sandvik family. None of the six lines is recorded against Symons or Sandvik-family models; for those families, and for every unrecorded item, the match is confirmed against the machine's original part number when quoted, and coverage is never assumed from this list. A practical starting point for any quarry: list the parts whose failure would idle the plant for more than a day, check which are actually on your shelf, and send us the gap list.
Supply terms for rock plants
Minimum order (1 piece on most lines) and lead time are both confirmed per quotation (common parts typically within 15 workdays in peak season, about one month off-season); shipment FOB, EXW, CIF or FCA; payment T/T or L/C. The same terms cover stone crusher parts enquiries under either name — the catalogue does not distinguish, and neither does the rock. Send your machine list and the parts you burn through fastest, and we will quote a stocking programme rather than a single emergency piece.
| Machines | Jaw, cone and gyratory rock crushers |
|---|---|
| Wear parts | Mantles, concaves, bowl liners, jaw plates (manganese) — in this row, all four are general catalogue lines, not recorded against the HP sizes, the GP series, Symons, the Metso family or Sandvik-family models |
| Spares | Shafts, bushings, gears, frames, seals, hardware — in this table row, shafts, bushings, seals and hardware are general catalogue lines, not recorded against the HP sizes, the GP series, Symons, the Metso family or Sandvik-family models; gears are recorded only against the HP200 and HP300 — not against the GP series, Symons, any other Metso-family size or the Sandvik family; and frames are recorded only as main frame assemblies against the HP200, with a main frame line for the HP6 — likewise not recorded against the GP series, Symons, any other Metso-family size or the Sandvik family |
| Minimum order | 1 piece on most lines, confirmed with your quotation |
Season planning for rock plants
Rock plants live by seasons — construction demand peaks, weather closes sites, and the crushing calendar compresses into the months that remain. Parts planning that follows the season beats parts buying that follows breakdowns. The pattern that works: at season start, walk the plant with the wear record and list every set that will finish during the season; order those sets against the early-season quotation, when lead times are stated in workdays; and hold the mechanical insurance shelf — a bushing set, seals, a toggle plate, drive hardware — complete before the peak, not during it. Those shelf items are general catalogue lines, not recorded against the HP sizes, the GP series, Symons, the Metso family or Sandvik-family models. Our terms are written for this rhythm: stock confirmed against daily-updated inventory, cast-to-order profiles carrying their production time openly on the quotation, and a 1-piece minimum — confirmed with your quotation — that keeps the insurance shelf cheap to complete. Send the season's machine list once, and the programme returns a stocking proposal you can approve line by line.
Send us your part number or drawing
Quotes are prepared against your model, part number or dimension drawing. Minimum order is 1 piece on most catalogue parts — like the current lead time, it is confirmed with your quotation (typically within 15 workdays in peak season and about one month in the off-season).
