What we supply
A crushing plant earns money only while it is crushing. When a mantle wears through, a bowl liner cracks or an eccentric bushing scores the shaft, the cost is not the part — it is the idle plant behind it. That is why our parts business is organised around the full wear and spare spectrum of a cone crusher rather than a short list of fast movers. From the manganese wear surfaces that touch the rock — mantles, concaves and bowl liners — through the loaded internals such as the main shaft, countershaft and counterweight, to seals, filters, valves and tramp release cylinders, one supplier can kit a complete planned shutdown. Every line named in this paragraph — mantles, concaves, bowl liners, main shafts, countershafts, counterweights, seals, filters, valves and tramp release cylinders — is a general catalogue line: not recorded against the HP sizes, the GP series, Symons, the Metso family or Sandvik-family models; the recorded lines are set out item by item in the next paragraph.
The catalogue behind this site runs to several hundred crusher part lines, covering cone crushers, jaw crushers, gyratory crushers and screening equipment. Alongside our own crusher range we manufacture compatible replacement parts for HP-series cone crushers, Symons cone crushers, and machines from the Metso and Sandvik families. Every compatible part is quoted and identified against the machine model and the original part number before dispatch. The catalogue position is stated item by item, not left to the quotation: head assemblies, gears, bowls, main frames and clamping rings are recorded against specific HP sizes, and not against the GP series; the upper frame and the top bearing are recorded against the GP220 only, and not against the HP sizes — the lines set out on the HP parts page and the spare parts page. None of those seven recorded lines is recorded against Symons or Sandvik-family models, and no recorded line extends to any other Metso-family size beyond the size named for it. Every other line named on this page — mantles, concaves, bowl liners, heads, main shafts, countershafts, counterweights, bushings, sockets, seals, filters, valves and tramp release cylinders among them — is a general catalogue line: not recorded against the HP sizes or the GP series (heads in this list are the general head line, distinct from the recorded HP head assembly named above, and sockets likewise have no recorded HP line; the GP220 upper frame and top bearing named above are recorded lines, not lines in this list), and none of those lines is recorded against Symons, the Metso family or Sandvik-family models — for those families, and for every unrecorded line, coverage is confirmed against the original part number part by part.
Why buyers source crusher parts from Luckcome
One source for wear + spares
Wear parts and mechanical spares are usually bought from different vendors, which means two lead times and two freight bills. Our catalogue combines manganese wear castings with machined spares — shafts, bushings, gears, frames and sockets — so a maintenance kit ships complete. In this card list, shafts, bushings and sockets are general catalogue lines, not recorded against the HP sizes, the GP series, Symons, the Metso family or the Sandvik family; gears are recorded only against the HP200 and HP300 — not against the GP series, Symons, any other Metso-family size or the Sandvik family; and frames are recorded only as main frame assemblies against the HP200, with a main frame line for the HP6 — likewise not recorded against the GP series, Symons, any other Metso-family size or the Sandvik family.
Low minimum order
Most catalogue parts carry a minimum order of just 1 piece, confirmed with each quotation. That suits trial orders, single-machine fleets and emergency replacements, as well as distributors who restock a broad range in small quantities per line.
Service behind the parts
The same team supports crusher repair work — head assemblies, tramp release cylinders, horizontal shaft assemblies and main frames among them — so fit questions are answered by people who rebuild these machines, not only sell the castings.
How a parts order runs
Send the machine model, the part number from your manual, or a dimensioned sketch of the worn part. We match it to the catalogue, confirm material and fit, and quote with a current lead time. Stock availability is checked against a daily-updated inventory; where a part is cast or machined to order, the quotation states the production time plainly. Peak-season lead times run within 15 workdays for common parts and around one month in the off-season, confirmed per order. Shipments are arranged on FOB, EXW, CIF or FCA terms, with payment by T/T or L/C.
Parts for the machines you already run
Most plants do not run one crusher brand. A typical quarry flowsheet pairs a jaw crusher on primary duty with one or two cone crushers on secondary and tertiary duty, and each machine eats a different set of wear parts. Our jaw crusher parts range covers jaw plates, pitman assemblies and associated spares, while the crusher wear parts programme treats manganese castings as a managed consumable: profile, material and change-out interval are matched to your feed, so the cost per tonne — not the price per piece — keeps coming down. The jaw plates and pitman assemblies named in this paragraph are general catalogue lines — not recorded against the HP sizes, the GP series, Symons, the Metso family or Sandvik-family models — and are identified by model and part number when quoted.
If you are not sure which part you need, start with the guides in our blog: how cone crusher components work together, what drives the price of a cone crusher and its parts, and when to replace a mantle and concave before profile loss starts costing throughput.
| Main product lines | Cone crusher parts, jaw crusher parts, gyratory crusher parts, crusher wear parts, vibrating screens and mining machinery parts |
|---|---|
| Compatible ranges | Replacement parts compatible with HP-series, GP-series, Symons, Metso-family and Sandvik-family cone crushers (not original manufacturer parts). The recorded lines inside these ranges are narrow, and the split is stated in this row: head assemblies, bowls, gears, main frames and clamping rings are recorded against specific HP sizes only — and are not recorded against the GP series; the upper frame and the top bearing are recorded against the GP220 only — and are not recorded against the HP sizes; no line is recorded against Symons or Sandvik-family models, and no recorded line extends to any other Metso-family size beyond the size named for it; and every other line is a general catalogue line, not recorded against the HP sizes or the GP series, and confirmed against the original part number. |

Send us your part number or drawing
Quotes are prepared against your model, part number or dimension drawing. Minimum order is 1 piece on most catalogue parts — like the current lead time, it is confirmed with your quotation (typically within 15 workdays in peak season and about one month in the off-season).
