What the programme covers
The catalogue runs across the full mechanical spectrum of a crusher. For cone crushers: head assemblies and heads, bowls and frames including upper frame and main frame assemblies, main shafts and main shaft assemblies, countershafts and countershaft boxes, counterweights, eccentric bushings and other bearings and bushings, spiral bevel gears and drive gears and pinions, sockets, springs, dampers, wedges, filters, seals, valves, accumulators, clamping rings and hardware such as nuts — down to the small parts that stop an assembly job when one is missing. For jaw crushers: pitman assemblies and the associated frame and adjustment components — pitman assemblies and those associated components are general catalogue lines, not recorded against the HP sizes, the GP series, Symons, the Metso family or the Sandvik family. Where a component belongs to a compatible range — an HP-series head assembly, a GP-series upper frame — it is identified and quoted as a compatible replacement part, never as an original manufacturer's part. The recorded position behind those two examples is narrow, and it is stated here rather than left to the quotation: the head assembly is recorded for HP cone crushers, and the upper frame and the top bearing for the GP220; gears are recorded for the HP200 and HP300; main frame assemblies for the HP200 (with a main frame line for the HP6); bowls for the HP400; and clamping rings for the HP200 — each of those recorded lines is recorded against the size named for it and against no other size or family. Every other line in the list above — main shafts and main shaft assemblies, heads, countershafts and countershaft boxes, counterweights, eccentric bushings and other bushings, and bearings other than the recorded GP220 top bearing, pinions, sockets, springs, dampers, wedges, filters, seals, valves, accumulators and hardware — is a general catalogue line: not recorded against the HP sizes, the GP series or any other single family, and confirmed against the model and original part number when quoted.
Cast, forged and machined — matched to the duty
Spare parts are not one manufacturing process. Frames, bowls and counterweights are castings; the HP200 gear is a listed forged line — recorded against the HP200 only and not recorded against the GP series; shafts and bushings are machined to drawing tolerances. Where a catalogue entry records a process, quotations confirm material and process for the specific part number — because a gear cut from the wrong blank or a bushing machined with the wrong clearance is worse than a late delivery. If you hold a drawing or a sample, send it: dimension confirmation against the physical part is the most reliable identification route for older machines whose manuals have been lost.
Kitting for shutdowns
The most valuable way to buy spares is before you need them. Maintenance teams use the programme to build shutdown kits: the wear set (mantle and concave) plus the bushings, seals and hardware that experience says will be disturbed during the change — so the crusher opens once, everything needed is on the pallet, and the machine closes on schedule. In this kit list, the mantle, the concave, bushings, seals and hardware are each general catalogue lines, not recorded against the HP sizes, the GP series, Symons, the Metso family or the Sandvik family. Our own repair work on cone crusher head assemblies, tramp release cylinders, horizontal shaft assemblies and main frames informs which items those kits should honestly include.
Ordering terms
Minimum order is 1 piece across most of the programme, confirmed with your quotation. Stock is checked against daily-updated inventory at quotation; cast or machined-to-order parts carry their production lead time on the quote — typically within 15 workdays in peak season for common lines, around one month off-season. Shipments on FOB, EXW, CIF or FCA terms; payment by T/T or L/C. Start with a model and part number, or photographs and dimensions, and we will identify the part before you commit to it.

The identification drawer: a five-minute habit that saves shutdowns
Every crusher in your plant should have an identification drawer — physical or digital — holding its model and serial information, the manual's parts pages, and a photograph of each major component's part-number plate. Five minutes per machine, once. The plants that keep this habit order spares in one message: model, part number, quantity, destination. The plants that do not spend the first day of every breakdown identifying what they own. Our programme is built to reward the habit — quotations keyed to part numbers, fit verified against them before dispatch — but it also serves the second kind of plant: photographs, dimensions and the old component itself are workable identification, and we will walk that route with you. Either way, the goal is identical: the part that arrives is the part the machine needs, confirmed before the crusher was ever opened.
Send us your part number or drawing
Quotes are prepared against your model, part number or dimension drawing. Minimum order is 1 piece on most catalogue parts — like the current lead time, it is confirmed with your quotation (typically within 15 workdays in peak season and about one month in the off-season).
