Compatible Replacement Parts for HP-Series Cone Crushers

The HP series is one of the most widely installed cone crusher families in aggregate and mining service — and one of the most parts-hungry. We manufacture compatible replacement parts for the HP200, HP300, HP400 and HP500 sizes. The lines recorded against specific HP sizes are bowls, head assemblies, gears, main frame assemblies and clamping rings — each recorded against HP sizes only, not against the GP series. The only other recorded lines in the catalogue are the upper frame and the top bearing, recorded against the GP220 only, and neither of them is a part line for these HP sizes. Every other part line for these sizes — manganese wear castings such as mantles and concaves, and mechanical spares beyond the recorded lines — is a general catalogue line, not recorded against any HP size and not recorded against the GP series, and is confirmed against its original part number when quoted, not assumed from another size.

Compatibility notice: Parts on this page are compatible replacement parts manufactured by Tianjin Luckcome. They are not original manufacturer parts, and Tianjin Luckcome is not affiliated with or authorised by the original equipment manufacturer. Brand and model names are used only to identify the machines the parts are designed to fit. Fit is confirmed against the model and original part number before dispatch.

Coverage by size

HP200

The HP200 is the entry size of the family and a common secondary and tertiary machine in mid-size quarries. Catalogue lines for the HP200 include drive gears — the listed HP200 gear is a forged line — main frame assemblies and clamping rings. Mantles and concaves are not recorded against the HP200 in the catalogue or against the GP series, and the three recorded lines above are recorded against the HP200 only; as on every size, a wear part for this machine is confirmed against its original part number when quoted. Gear supply for this size is a catalogue strength — the HP200 gear is a listed forged line, quoted with its process confirmed.

HP300

The HP300 sits at the centre of the range in installed numbers. The catalogue's recorded HP300 line is its drive gear — a recurring item with its own listed specification. Beyond that line, no other part is recorded against the HP300, and no part named in this section is recorded against the GP series: a specific part beyond the drive gear is a general catalogue line for this size and is confirmed against the original part number when quoted, rather than assumed from the general spare parts programme.

HP400

For the HP400, the catalogue's recorded line is its bowl components — the mining crusher spares bowl for HP400 is a listed line. Mantles and concaves are not recorded against the HP400 or against the GP series, and the bowl components named above are recorded against the HP400 only; wear parts for this size are confirmed against the original part number when quoted. Bowl-side work is where fit discipline matters most, and HP400 bowl components are identified against the part number before dispatch.

HP500

The HP500 is the size our service team knows from the inside: our repair work has covered HP500 head (moving cone) assemblies, tramp release cylinders, head body repairs including locking bolt and internal thread work, horizontal shaft assemblies, and main frame repairs. That is a service record, not a supply table: no part line is recorded against the HP500 (the only GP-series lines on record anywhere in the catalogue are the GP220 upper frame and the GP220 top bearing, neither of them an HP500 line), and any HP500 part supplied is a general catalogue line confirmed against the part number, as on every size — but fit and assembly questions on HP500 enquiries are answered by people who have rebuilt the machine.

Assemblies, not only pieces

Beyond individual parts, the programme supplies head assemblies for HP cone crushers and main frame assemblies — both recorded against the HP sizes only, and neither line is recorded against the GP series. Assembly-level supply suits planned rebuilds: instead of discovering worn interfaces one by one during a shutdown, the assembly arrives complete and the old unit can be rebuilt at leisure as a spare. Main shaft assemblies and upper frame components are not recorded HP lines: main shaft assemblies sit in the general catalogue — not recorded against the HP sizes and not recorded against the GP series — and the upper frame line on record belongs to a GP-series machine — both are confirmed against the original part number when quoted, not assumed into this range. Our HP parts compatibility guide explains how to identify parts across HP sizes and avoid the cross-size mistakes that waste shutdowns.

Ordering HP parts

Quote the machine size, the original part number and, for wear parts, the chamber profile. Every part is identified against the model and part number before dispatch. Minimum order is 1 piece, confirmed with your quotation, as is the lead time — typically within 15 workdays in peak season for common lines. Shipment on FOB, EXW, CIF or FCA terms, payment by T/T or L/C. Certificates available upon request.

Building an HP shutdown kit

The highest-value way to buy HP parts is as a kit assembled before the shutdown, not as pieces chased during it. A practical HP kit pairs the planned work with its inevitable companions: the wear set for the chamber being opened; the seals, filters and hardware that the job disturbs; the bushing or bearing whose inspection the opening makes possible; and the one assembly — a clamping ring, a gear — whose failure would otherwise extend the stoppage by days. Our catalogue's recorded HP lines — the HP400 bowl and the HP200 and HP300 gears among them, each recorded against its HP size only and not recorded against the GP series — anchor exactly this kitting; any companion beyond the recorded lines — seals, filters, hardware, bushings and bearings among them, the recorded GP220 top bearing excepted (a recorded line, against the GP220 only, not a general companion) — is a general catalogue line, not recorded against any HP size and not recorded against the GP series, and is confirmed against its part number before it is quoted. Our HP500 repair experience informs the inspect-and-decide list — what is worth opening while the machine is down — rather than the supply list. Send the planned work scope and the machine size, and the kit quotation will separate the certain items from the inspect-and-decide items, so the budget is committed only where the probability justifies it.

Send us your part number or drawing

Quotes are prepared against your model, part number or dimension drawing. Minimum order is 1 piece on most catalogue parts — like the current lead time, it is confirmed with your quotation (typically within 15 workdays in peak season and about one month in the off-season).
